PCD is a director-led company that prides itself on having first-hand experience in dealing with the complex issues that come with working in primary care.

We have recognised an increasing need for the deployment of practice pharmacist services. Our team of highly trained Clinical Pharmacists & Pharmacy Technicians are on hand to streamline workflows in your PCN today.

With over 35 years of combined experience, our Leadership team provides expert support to Primary Care Networks in addressing recruitment challenges and developing capable, high-performing practice pharmacy teams.

For more than a decade, I’ve built a diverse career across the pharmacy field from hospital based practice and community pharmacy ownership to undergraduate education and primary care. Along the way, I discovered my passion for primary care, where I developed as an independent prescriber and an advanced clinical practitioner. I have used my experience and skill set to help grow and develop our clinical team.

Adil Hafeez, MPharm Head of Training and Development

With over a decade of experience as both a primary care and community pharmacist, I have developed and implemented SOPs and training programmes across both settings. I play a key role in managing a team of dedicated trainers, ensuring clinicians remain up to date with current practice. I also oversee audit processes to ensure services are delivered consistently and meet expected standards.
Humaad Yasin Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, I oversee the efficient delivery of medicines management services across the UK, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and reliability. I bring extensive experience within the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry, with a strong background in healthcare operations and patient care. I focus on driving service quality and continuous improvement, supporting Prescribing Care Direct’s patient-focused approach to medicines optimisation.

Abeer Naqvi Head of IT

As Head of IT, I lead the development, security, and delivery of systems that ensure reliable connectivity with GP practices and PCNs. With extensive experience in IT service management, I maintain and support robust IT infrastructure to enable seamless collaboration between practices, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. This ensures our clinical teams can deliver services efficiently and without disruption.
